Organizations across industries are facing increasing disruption from cybersecurity threats, economic volatility, technological turbulence, geopolitical uncertainty, and rapidly changing customer expectations. Although many firms continue investing heavily in digital transformation initiatives, technological adoption alone does not guarantee resilience or long-term organizational excellence. This study develops a practical conceptual framework explaining how organizations strengthen resilience through the combined development of organizational learning, organizational agility, and strategic leadership during digital transformation. Drawing on Dynamic Capabilities Theory, the study positions resilience as a continuous capability renewal process rather than a static organizational outcome. The framework suggests that digital transformation improves resilience indirectly by strengthening knowledge integration, adaptive decision-making, operational flexibility, and coordinated responsiveness. Strategic leadership functions as an enabling organizational condition supporting communication, learning, adaptability, and long-term strategic alignment during uncertainty. Unlike technology-centric perspectives emphasizing operational efficiency alone, the study highlights the importance of capability orchestration and adaptive management in sustaining organizational excellence. The article further discusses managerial challenges associated with digital transformation, including coordination complexity, employee resistance, information overload, and digital dependency risks. Practical implications are provided to help managers build resilient, agile, and learning-oriented organizations capable of sustaining performance in disruption-intensive environments. The study contributes to the organizational excellence literature by integrating digital transformation, organizational learning, organizational agility, resilience, and strategic leadership into a unified practitioner-oriented framework.
