TMP Universal Journal of Law, Business, and Management (UJLBM) is committed to ensuring the long-term digital preservation and accessibility of all published content. This Digital Preservation Policy provides a framework for the permanent retention of published articles, ensuring that they remain accessible to readers and researchers in the future, regardless of technological advancements.

  • UJLBM ensures the preservation of all published articles through secure, reliable, and reputable digital archiving services.
  • All articles published in UJLBM will be archived in trusted repositories and databases, making them accessible for the long term.
  • The publisher will take appropriate steps to ensure that content remains available and accessible, even as digital technologies evolve.
  1. Archiving and Repository Integration
  • UJLBM will deposit all final, peer-reviewed articles in multiple trusted digital repositories, including:
    • OpenDOAR (Directory of Open Access Repositories)
    • PubMed Central (for relevant content)
    • Institutional and subject-specific repositories
    • DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals)
  • The journal will also ensure that its published content is indexed in major databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, and Web of Science to enhance its visibility and accessibility.

These services include organizations like CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and Portico, which specialize in the preservation of academic journals and other scholarly works.
  • These services provide a distributed network of content copies, ensuring redundancy in case of technical failures or loss of data from any individual service.
  1. Versioning and Access Control
  • UJLBM follows best practices for version control to ensure that the most recent and correct version of an article is always available.
  • Authors will have access to their published content, but proper permissions and citations will be required for any reuse, in line with the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license.
  • Preprints, the original versions submitted before peer review, may also be archived and linked to the final published article.
